The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, and the Swiss Federal Law on Data Protection (“nLPD“) aim to ensure that the processing of personal data of natural persons takes place in a way that respects rights, fundamental freedoms and the dignity of individuals, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity. ReleWant SA (the “Data Controller“), pay particular attention to how personal information is used and shared and it is therefore important to inform you of the privacy policy adopted.

Your Personal Data is collected by the subjects indicated in clause 6 of this Privacy Policy and its processing takes place through manual and automated, computerized and telematic tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes described above and, however, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data.

Pursuant to art. 6 of Reg. EU 679/2016 and art.6 nLPD, the Data Controller processes your personal data within the applicable legal framework.

5. Categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be disclosed
In case of necessity, the Personal Data collected by the Site, pursuant to clause 2, may be communicated to companies that carry out activities closely related and instrumental to the provision of the requested service.
In addition, such Personal Data may be transferred to companies affiliated with ReleWant SA or to third parties located in the Swiss Confederation and/or within the European Union.

Data controller refers to the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by European Union and Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria applicable to his appointment may be established by European Union and Member States law.
6.1 The data controller is ReleWant SA with registered office in Via A. Ramelli 5, 6900 Lugano (Switzerland).
6.2 The Data Controller has appointed its own employees and collaborators in charge of processing the data.
6.3 Data subjects may exercise their rights against the Controller.

7.1 You have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation that a processing of Personal Data concerning you is or is not in progress, to know the origin, purposes and methods of processing; you also have the right to request its update, the rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those no longer necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected and/ or subsequently processed.
7.2 You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection, as well as the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
7.3 You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller.

8. Period of processing of Personal Data
Your Personal Data will be kept in paper and/or electronic/computer/optical format for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated in clause 2, in compliance with applicable laws and/or contractual relationship.
ReleWant SA has defined the specific duration of Personal Data storage for each type of Personal Data collected.
At the end of these periods, ReleWant SA will permanently delete your Personal Data.
9. Amendments
The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at its own discretion and at any time.
Before using the Site or related resources (e-mail, etc.), it is therefore the user’s responsibility to check the content of the current policy. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain the date of update.
